Where it all began


We’ve been teaching Yoga full-time for almost 25 years.
A rich and in-depth personal practice has been the cornerstone for our teaching. And it’s been the biggest circuit-breaker in accessing and rewiring repeating patterns in our life that keep us stuck, frustrated and not living our full potential.

But that didn’t happen from attending yoga classes, trainings or advance asana.

The biggest catalyst for change was during a period of life living in Ashrams. Fully absorbed in the rich tapestry of Yoga for joined up time (immersion), in community, under the guidance of others.

And it wasn’t because of all the asana, pranayama, chanting, meditation - this absolutely helped and is key to open the door for deeper enquiry

The ingredient that really made the shift possible was the philosophical and ontological reflection - the self enquiry and understanding the mechanics of being human

Fast Forward to 2020.

Growing tired of the way Yoga was generally being taught, how could we create a container to hold, guide and facilitate a space where you could go ALL IN

To access a depth of practice yet live it in modern life. Families, work, hobbies, holidays, school runs, social life.

The roots of the Wealth of Yoga programme was born

A LIVE virtual practice container for those wanting to dive beneath the surface level of most Yoga and use it as a catalyst for profound change. And to do it in community with others who, like you, desire transformation beyond physical stretching, strengthening and mobility (this happens as well!)
