HOW IT WORKS
Once registered you’ll be set up with the Monthly Momentum portal containing 21 days of practices.
You’ll have 24 hour access for one month.
Practices range from: Yoga postures, meditation, breath-work, sound & chant, mindset practice, journalling prompts and more.
We also encourage you to share reflections in our private practice support group - The Yoga Practice Hub - this can help to embed the habit as well as share reflections and ask any questions with a likeminded community.
The Key focus is momentum.
It’s not just about the practices but creating the grooves of habit so you can continue beyond the 21 days with confidence and a hunger to invite a regular and consistent practice into your daily life.
