Master the 4 Vital Phases for an enhanced headstand practice

If you struggle with headstand, feel shaky, lack energy, can only stay up a short time, unsure what to do or need to use the wall, you’re in the right place…

This training will give you brand new insights, proper understanding, clear methods and techniques to develop a headstand practice that’s sustainable, effective and built with the best possible foundations.

The thing with headstand is that there’s many unhelpful techniques around. Many Yoga Teacher Training courses share methods and approaches that are not the most helpful and lack real understanding.

For instance, have you been shown to set your arm placement by holding your opposite elbows?

Whilst this may appear helpful, doing this encourages 2 problematics actions.

1 - your upper arms are encouraged into an inward rotation, the exact opposite of what’s required to active and switch on your spinal muscles and upper back

2 - holding your elbows means one shoulder will always be slightly more forward than the other so you actual create an unneeded twist in the posture

There are many others. I’ve been taught them. I use to teach them!

So if you’re struggling with headstand, it’s not your fault!

Most students and teachers who I support have been taught headstand methods that miss optimal foundations and technique.

And they’ve radically enhanced their practice through the techniques and systems shared in this training.

It’s easy to feel like the struggle is down to physical strength or flexibility. Yes, this plays some part. But so often a change of approach makes all the difference. And this is almost always the case when it comes to headstand.

There are 4 Vital Phases to headstand.
You’ll systematically learn each phase, step by step, to develop a freestanding headstand practice that feels comfortable and sustainable.

"Thank you so much, I feel so much more confident and it has been really interesting.
It's amazing taking things step by step, it's so my cup of tea!”

"I’ve learnt so much from this course and am integrating the new knowledge into my practice. I really enjoyed learning about the preparation and activation stages; especially the part where you said it is the hips that lead the movement of the legs and not the other way round! I have become more aware of my body and conscious about which parts I should activate.”

Teacher - Rory Viggers

“Many years ago I thought I had a headstand practice. Then I went to study with my teacher (someone at the VERY top of their game) and realised everything that I had previously been taught, shown and practised was either incorrect or not helpful.

I had to relearn everything. That was around 10 years ago.

Now I have a practice that is sustainable, safe and built on strong foundations.

You’ll receive everything that I’ve learned about headstand over the past decade, compressed into this course so you’ll have the best knowledge to create and establish a headstand practice for years to come.

I’ve supported and trained many Yoga Teachers and students from around the world to rebuild, relearn and develop their practice and would love to support you too.”
