Heart of practice
an immersive yoga day
Move beyond the surface of yoga
Dive deep into the heart of the practice
21 June 2025 / Bristol
the heart of practice
At the heart of all practice is a willingness to enter the space of the unknown, the creative, and the mystical.
It’s in these moments, you step away from the familiar, shedding the weight of your concerns—whether large or small—and enter the realm of the unknown.
Here, new perspectives, possibilities, and potentials unfold.
Through a carefully crafted program of asana, breath-work, and awareness principles, we’ll create the conditions to open ourselves to the power of the unknown and dive deep into the heart of practice.
hatha yoga
In classical Hatha Yoga systems, the focus of asana is on the spine.
The way an asana manipulates and engages the spine (alongside the breath) is said to stimulate the nerves and energy within.
Through the careful crafting of each asana, you unlock its potential.
If you are new to our approach to practice, you’ll experience asana in a completely different way—one that connects you more deeply to your body and to the essence of the practice itself.
You’ll explore the compound effect of asana—the way each pose builds on the last, creating depth and energy that go far beyond the physical.
You’ll learn techniques and principles that you probably haven’t encountered before, and discover how the essence of every posture is available to everyone, regardless of shape or size.
By the end of this immersion, you'll leave with a deeper sense of self-awareness and an expanded understanding of asana practice.
You’ll feel more connected, more present, and more open to the possibilities of your practice than before.
I look forward to sharing with you and collectively diving into the heart of practice.
