Why the Art of Shoulderstand Course Is Different

In this course, you’ll get new insights, a proper understanding of the pose, and clear methods that will optimise your practice.

Shoulderstand isn’t just about lifting your legs and balancing on your shoulders—it’s about mastering the precise techniques that make the pose sustainable, safe, and effortless. This training goes far beyond the basics you’ve already learned. With six hours of deep-dive training, you’ll uncover techniques that most practitioners and even teachers haven’t been taught.

Most people struggle with shoulderstand because they haven’t yet understood the most effective techniques. They rely on strength rather than technique, which leads to strain, imbalance, and fatigue. I’m here to show you how to do it effectively & efficiently.

Through the course, you’ll learn:

  • How to engage the correct muscles and release unnecessary tension

  • The most effective way to lift your legs without putting pressure on your neck or shoulders

  • How to balance and hold the pose with ease and comfort

The 4 Phases of Shoulderstand Mastery

This course is structured into 4 essential phases, each designed to help you develop your most comfortable and balanced shoulderstand practice.

1. Preparation:
Learn how to prepare your body for shoulderstand, focusing on the essential alignment and awareness needed before even getting into the pose.

2. Foundation & Activation:
Build a strong base by activating the muscles that will support you throughout the pose. Discover how to engage the right areas to keep your neck and back safe.

3. Movement:
Master the process of lifting your legs into the pose with minimal effort. Learn the techniques that help you achieve a straight, stable position.

4. Balance:
Finally, gain the confidence to hold your shoulderstand comfortably for longer periods.

What You’ll Discover in This Course:

  • The secret to achieving lightness, energy, and stability in the pose

  • The vital role of your feet and how they contribute to balance
