We found ourselves at a similar crossroads with our business model in 2019, unable to add more classes, accommodate more students in our physical space, or take on additional one-on-one clients as we’d hit a ceiling - full capacity.
So we decided to make a change. It took a while to find the right format / balance and refine it to one that gave us our time back and fully supports our students/clients at a higher level.
Our business now revolves around a hybrid model of group and one-on-one programs that runs continuously through the year.
This approach grants us the gift of time:
• To be more present, energised, and focused when supporting our students and clients at a higher level.
• To simplify our operations by shedding the many hats we used to wear.
• To become even more efficient, skilled and resourceful at delivering a select few things exceptionally well.
• To ensure our students and clients receive the best support and results.
While we still offer a few other programs, one-on-one sessions and classes, the pressure is off.
