Momentum group sessions
These sessions will be invaluable to you. You get to ask all your questions, listen and connect to others, and receive guidance for the next steps in your personal practise.
1-2-1 Lazer sessions
Direct 1-2-1 mentoring sessions to move roadblocks that are on your path.
Asana
Asana is our passion. Our method and approach is precise, informative and intelligent. These sessions will enrich your daily practise and help you understand more intimately various applications of yoga asana, broadening your tool kit for intentional practice.
Meditation
Explore dharana (concentration techniques) from the Tantras and subtle anatomy meditations (chakras, nadis), giving you an opportunity to profoundly explore the inner scape of your being.
Vedic Chant
You will learn to chant simple mantras, invocational chants as well as Vedic Mantras, giving you an experiential and embodied foundation to fundamental tenants of yoga philosophy.
Pranayama
Deepen intimacy with your breath through a regular pranayama practise. Learn classical pranayama techniques and explorative breath work sessions to evolve your relationship to your breath, prana and life.
Yoga Philosophy
Explore a broad range of yoga philosophy with reflective suggestions for integration into daily life. Themes explored are woven into the practical classes, giving you the opportunity to further embody the teachings.
Patanjali Yoga Sutras chanting & theory sessions
You will work through chapters 1&2 in-depth of the Patanjala Yoga Shastra, learning to chant in the precise classical form plus have time to explore the Bhashya, commentary.
Transformational Breath
Therapeutic and advanced Breath-work. A self-empowering and self-healing tool using your own breath.
