At the heart of Tantra is the principle that we must open to the entire universe, from the smallest subatomic particle to the vastest expanse of space - as our true home and as our very being.
In the 4 hour workshop over 2 days you will explore inner tantric practices to connect to the experience of knowing yourself as vast space and the Shakti or energy that pervades the whole Universe.
Through full spectrum Yoga including meditations, mantra, pranayama, asana and self enquiry, you will dive into the ALCHEMY of being.
This weekend workshop will support you to anchor into a profound reset of your compass and alignment to the energetic coordinates to support your abundance, health and happiness.
