India has a very special place in our hearts. We’ve been regular visitors to this magical country over the past two and half decades. As well as the wildly intoxicating culture, the rituals, the people and the environments, Yoga, in its full spectrum depth, colour and richness, has been a primary reason to return again and again.
Inspired by our visits, our daily practice and rituals, we cannot wait to share an incredible programme with you all, 10 days to drop into magic in one of the most stunning places in Goa.
Across the 10 days you’ll explore Yoga in all its colour: asana, meditation, pranayama, chanting, mantra, mindset, embodiment rituals and devotional practices, plus there is more, you will explore powerful chakra dancing with a special guest, forest bathing, full moon ceremony…. Plus surprises!
Yoga asks you to live into the full potential of being human, these 10 days are all about that.

You’ll have time to decompress in the most peaceful setting with a beautiful white sand beach just 5 minutes away. We’ve intentionally chosen this location so that you can be away from the hustle, bustle and busyness of Goa’s tourist hotspots. Its the perfect setting for practice (yet accessible if you want to venture out).

Situated on a secluded hill, a stone’s throw away from the azure waters of Cabo De Rama beach and overlooking the Arabian Sea lies Cabo Serai.
Perched at a height of over 100 feet, this incredible eco-conscious location boasts spectacular panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding areas.
An oasis of tranquility, Cabo Serai is sustainability built using native materials such as wood, laterite stones and earth with techniques, that sustain minimal structural impact to the natural surroundings. The décor is sourced from local craftsmen and uses natural fabrics, eco-friendly mattresses and materials.

Accommodation & Meals
The beautiful rooms allow guests to explore the outdoors whilst generously offering all the modern comforts of luxurious accommodation. All are ocean facing whilst being nestled in the privacy of a flourishing forest.
Every room offers the experience of waking up amid treetops, a sense of being immersed in nature – with panoramic views of the surrounding forest, cliffs and azure waters of the Arabian Sea.
All rooms have ensuite bathrooms.
Meals:
The ingredients are sourced from the onsite organic garden and local community and the meals prepared based on Sattvic and Ayurvedic principles philosophy.
All meals are vegetarian and the retreat is fully catered.

Before the retreat we will gather for a group call online to anchor in intensions and meet each other.
On arrival into the nature of Cabo Serai, you will be greeted will delicious refreshments and time to settle into your rooms and your home for the next 10 days.
The retreat will begin with an opening ceremony on the evening of 17th February after a delicious meal.
From 18th - 26th February your days will be filled with early morning breath-work, activations and meditations, voice alchemy, Yoga asana and creative movement practices.
Morning practice will be followed by a delicious breakfast of tropical fruits and a bountiful array of dishes to delight the senses and nourish your body.
Each day there will also be a late afternoon Sadhana session before dinner.
In addition, on some days there will be powerful group workshops after breakfast, evening ceremonies and trips arranged.
The 10 days are designed as an immersive transformational initiation into full ALIVENESS.
Your rooms will be refreshed and cleaned daily and there is a golf buggy to transport you to the beach if there are days you are taking deeper rest say after a long relaxing massage.
