Are you ready to master headstand?

If you've been struggling with your headstand—feeling shaky, unable to stay up long, relying on a wall, or unsure how to improve—you're in the right place. This training is designed to give you clarity, confidence, and the right techniques to build a headstand practice that’s stable, effective, and built on solid foundations.

What You’ll Learn

The truth is, most headstand methods you’ve been taught (or seen) are incomplete or just counterproductive. From holding your elbows to take your arm measurements to thinking that dolphin pose builds the strength you need, many common techniques misalign the body to the pose and leave you frustrated.

But the key to a successful headstand isn’t more strength or flexibility—it’s a shift in your approach plus a complete understanding of what’s actually required.

In The Art of Headstand training, you’ll learn the 4 vital phases of headstand, broken down step-by-step:

  • Preparation: Setting the stage for a strong foundation

  • Foundation & Activation: Where the real work happens—engaging the right muscles & support & keep them switched on

  • Movement: How to lift and shift your legs with ease

  • Balance: Achieving steadiness and control once you're up

No more guesswork. No more frustration. You’ll leave this course with a clear road map to achieving your best headstand—whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your practice.

"Thank you so much, I feel so much more confident and it has been really interesting.
It's amazing taking things step by step, it's so my cup of tea!”

— Emma, Yoga Teacher

Why This Training Works

Many Yoga Teacher Trainings and classes give outdated or ineffective methods that miss key aspects of headstand mechanics. I’ve seen it all, and I've been there myself—teaching what I thought was correct, only to discover years later that I was missing vital pieces. That’s why I created this course: to give you the tools and techniques that actually work.

What You’ll Discover

  • The real reasons you’re struggling: Why your current approach may be holding you back

  • Secrets to lightness, energy, and stability: It’s not about strength—it’s about efficiency

  • The overlooked importance of body awareness: Understanding how each part of you contributes

  • Why your wrists, feet, and limbs matter: These often-neglected areas are the key to activating your headstand

  • Foundational principles for effortless balance: Build a practice that’s sustainable

  • How to avoid common mistakes: What NOT to do, and the wiser alternatives that will get you results

"I’ve learnt so much from this course and am integrating the new knowledge into my practice. I really enjoyed learning about the preparation and activation stages; especially the part where you said it is the hips that lead the movement of the legs and not the other way round! I have become more aware of my body and conscious about which parts I should activate.”
— Lin
