We had a wonderful Halloween weekend at Braziers Park, the colours of the leaves were stunning and there was some amazing pumpkin carving on Saturday night! And of course lots of yoga, meditation, chanting and relaxation... A daily shoulderstand at this time of year is a fantastic tonic for the immune system, and if you feel a sore throat coming on, shoulderstand will help stimulate and circulate prana in the throat. Keep your intake of fluids high and keep the neck and throat area warm. Fresh ginger tea is good or for something more medicinal, lots of sage and black pepper.<br /><br /><span class="full-image-block ssNonEditable"><span><img src="http://yogakutir.com/storage/kutir_ban_snow.jpg?__SQUARESPACE_CACHEVERSION=1320767069108" alt="" /></span></span><br />Keep your batteries topped up and join us for a retreat or workshop over the coming weeks....
